Botsotso Publishing invites you to the launch of three new books of poetry

Press Release

ISIS X featuring the poems of elsbeth e, Sumeera Dawood, Lisemelo Tlale, Elizabeth Trew, Anet Kemp, Baitse Mokiti, Myesha Jenkins, Arja Salafranca, Makhosazana Xaba, Riana Wiechers, Bongekile Mbanjwa and Anna Varney, and the photographs of Neo Ntsoma, Suzy Bernstein, Riana Wiechers and Anna Varney.

SOULFIRE EXPERIENCE by Siphiwe ka Ngwenya; illustrations by Ike Mboneni Muila.

SAVING WATER by Allan Kolski Horwitz.

The poets have all been published in Botsotso; many have published their own individual books - all reflect contemporary poetry which challenges prejudice and preconceptions and which is part of the Botsotso cultural dynamic to infuse new themes and images into South African literature, transcending tired colonial and pretentious post-modern forms of expression. This work is real.

The poets will read/perform their work; introduction by Gail Smith.
